Puzzle fans that loved the BABE movie series will find a lot to like here. BABE AND FRIENDS, a release-player puzzle game for Game Boy Affect, has the small porcine hero guiding his herd owing to 40 levels that span such locations as the farm, the airport, and the city. In each level there is a checkered flag, to which Babe must take a herd. The sheep aren’t very excellent at finding their own paths, so Babe has to walk them owing to every step of the way. Clear obstacles, set up roadblocks to make detours, and generally do what you have to in order to make a safe route for the sheep. Watch out for obstructions such as carts in the airport and rushing rivers on the farm. Detailed still-screens of all of Babe’s friends appear between the levels to go the tale by the side of. A password save system is included if you need to take a break from the brain-bending action. Can Babe save the day once again?

(…) I have no thought when this game will end. I just goes on and on, puzzle after puzzle. The key of Babe is to bark at the sheep and guide him past the flags. It may sound unadorned but believe me once you get into the abandoned house you have to reflect wisely so that your sheep wont fall down a hole or something. This game ables you to master the ability of thinking carefully before you make a go. Have fun!

I bought this game for my 4 and 6 year ancient to play on a long trip as it looked like something my 4 year could have some success at. After the first couple of sequences, where you herd the sheep, it gets rather hard. I, as an adult, delight in the game, but it can get a small frustrating for my younger son as he can’t get very far without needing some help.

This is an brilliant game of solitaire. You, as Babe, must herd the sheep to its final destination. You travel from the farm to the huge city airport which takes you to a hotel, hospital and finally back to the farm. There are small hints throughout the game. But I couldn’t place it down.
