If you use up all the A/V inputs on your tv then this s-video cable is very useful. S-video is a lot more uncommon and not a loy of your machines like; vcr, dvd player, n64, playstation, sega dreamcast, stereo dont really donncet to your s-video outlet.

Some TV’s will not connect properly to the PS2, and if this is you you must have the S-Video Cable.

When i first bought my PS2 i got the s-video cable, not knowing that there were component video cables available for the system. i own a 27″ sony wega and it looked splendid with onimusha:warlords. a week later i got the component video cables and saw 100% a better picture. the s-video is okay, but if component inputs are available on your tele, it’s worth the 25 bucks.

Even though I don’t have a playstation 2 yet, I brought the s-video cable and am using it with playstation. It improved the picture so much, it’s clearer and brighter. I can’t wait to see how it makes playstation 2 sports meeting look after seeing what it does for playstation. This is a must have if you delight in excellent clear, bright pictures while playing video sports meeting.
